Director Of Marketing

Job Description

The Director of Marketing will shape the Moonlight Brunch brand and develop strategies for maximizing our press, industry and public presence. You will be a core member of our company and a key contributor to our growth and direction. You'll report directly to the company partners and oversee all communications and marketing campaigns for the company and its projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Establish and maintain company brand
• Develop marketing strategy for expanding the company's reach and reputation
• Collaborate with the Design Director to implement marketing and communications strategies
• Influence the selection and shape of the company's productions and events Supervise marketing campaigns for the company's projects

Skills and Experience

You are an energetic marketing professional with the vision to shape a company from its inception. You have a creative mind and the drive to deliver, planning and implementing innovative marketing strategies. You have a passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to grow with an ambitious company that's ready to make an impact. You believe you can do your boss's job better than he or she can and you want an opportunity to prove it by becoming a member of our executive team.

• College Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to demonstrate previous work
• Available to attend meetings in New York or Western Massachusetts at least twice a month
